Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Hadakeo, the skincare shelf and routine tracker at app.hadakeo.com, operated from Ireland. By creating an account you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide things, so they're short.
The service
Hadakeo lets you track the skincare you own: products, opened dates, PAO and expiry, routines, treatments and lists. A free plan covers the daily habit with caps on volume; the Plus subscription removes the caps. We're always improving the app, which means features can change; anything you've paid for won't be taken away mid-subscription.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 and give a real email address.
- Keep your login to yourself; what happens on your account is your responsibility.
- One person, one account. Don't share, resell or automate access.
Your content
Everything you add, products, photos, notes, routines, stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it back to you; that's what running the service means. We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models. Delete something and it's deleted, with one exception: anything you choose to share to the product library, described next.
The shared product library
Hadakeo has a shared library of product names and photos so that adding a product can be as simple as recognising one someone else already added. Contributing to it is always your choice, made one product at a time: when you save a product, you can tick a box to share that product's name and, if you added one, its photo. Nothing is shared unless you tick it.
When you do share, you give us a licence to show that name and photo to other people using Hadakeo, and to tidy them up (for example straightening a photo or standardising a name) so the library stays consistent. Shared entries are anonymous: your name is never attached to them, and other users can't see who contributed what. We only ever include product photos, never photos of ingredient lists or receipts.
Because other people come to rely on the library, a shared entry becomes part of it and stays there even if you later delete the original product or close your account. If you want a specific contribution removed, email us and we'll take it out.
Plus subscriptions
- Plus costs €6.99 a month or €49.99 a year, charged through Stripe. Prices include any applicable VAT.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the subscription immediately you consent to the service being provided right away; if you withdraw within 14 days, we refund proportionally for the unused time.
- If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Your data stays visible and usable; the free caps only stop you adding beyond them.
Fair use
Plus features marked "unlimited" are unlimited for a person tracking their own shelf. Automated bulk use, scraping, or using the AI features as a general-purpose service isn't covered and may be rate-limited.
Not medical advice
Hadakeo tracks dates and routines. It doesn't give medical or dermatological advice, and expiry estimates (including PAO calculations) are informational. If a product smells off, looks off, or your skin reacts, trust that over any date in an app, and talk to a professional for skin concerns.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law with the service, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, or try to access other people's data. Accounts doing so can be suspended or closed.
Ending things
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account); it takes effect immediately and permanently. We can close accounts that violate these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, paying subscribers get proportional refunds and reasonable notice to export their data.
Liability
We provide Hadakeo with care but "as is": we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Irish law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
If these terms change materially, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies; continuing to use Hadakeo after that means you accept the new terms. Irish law governs, and disputes belong to the Irish courts, without limiting protections you're entitled to where you live.
